Meet Our Team

Victor Lopez Martinez is a California attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning, special needs planning, and Medi-Cal asset protection. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their assets, preserve their legacy, and create thoughtful plans for future generations.

Victor earned his Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. He is admitted to practice law in California and is an active member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association, WealthCounsel, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Prior to focusing on estate planning, Victor spent more than ten years helping immigrant families navigate the U.S. immigration system. Through that work, he witnessed firsthand the sacrifices families make to create opportunities for future generations. That experience continues to shape his practice today, fueling his commitment to helping clients protect the wealth, assets, and legacies they have worked so hard to build.

Victor has a particular passion for helping first-generation wealth builders and families who are creating an estate plan for the first time. He regularly assists clients with revocable living trusts, special needs trusts, and Medi-Cal asset protection trusts, helping families avoid probate, prepare for incapacity, protect assets from long-term care expenses, and provide for loved ones with disabilities. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to making sophisticated planning accessible, understandable, and practical for every family he serves.
