Meet Our Team

Sharlene Chance earned her Bachelor of Arts from Capital University in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School in 1999. She served in the United States Army Reserve from 1990-1996. She is as a single parent, enjoys serving in her church, loves reading, shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Sharlene has 24 years of experience as an Attorney. She was awarded Ohio’s Outstanding Young Lawyers in 2009. She has worked in the private and public sector as an experienced criminal defense attorney, civil litigator, researcher and writer, mediator, and public speaker.

In 2019, Sharlene became a Financial Professional. She believes that every family deserves to have their interests protected. She takes pride in ensuring that her clients’ needs are met and achieve a result that is best for themselves and their families. She focuses her practice on financial strategies, college funding strategies, retirement planning, tax preparation, and long-term care strategies.
