Meredith Weil, Esq. is a Florida-licensed estate planning attorney with more than two decades of experience helping individuals and families protect what matters most. A graduate cum laude and at the top of her class in both undergraduate and law school, Meredith brings both strong academic training and real-world insight to her work. 

As the founder of a boutique estate planning firm in Miami, she creates clear, thoughtful estate and trust plans that help families avoid court, minimize conflict, and move forward with confidence. 

Meredith takes a practical, easy-to-understand approach to estate planning. She believes it’s not just about documents or “who gets what,” but about making sure your wishes are honored and your loved ones are supported when it matters most. She works closely with her clients to create plans that reflect their values, goals, and the legacy they want to leave behind. 

Earlier in her career, Meredith represented indigent clients and children in the system, giving her a deep understanding of how important it is for people to have a voice and a plan in place. Today, she continues that commitment by helping families navigate life’s transitions with clarity, compassion, and care.
