As a military spouse and mother of two young children, I understand the challenges and obstacles that families face when it comes to planning for the future.

I am licensed to practice law in both Texas and Kansas. My background includes extensive experience in probate and trust administration, elder law, domestic/family law, and appellate practice. I have witnessed firsthand the repercussions of inadequate planning or plan failure. In those cases, I was often called to help only after problems had arisen. My experience assisting clients in those situations underscored for me the vital importance of timely and thoughtful planning and motivated me to develop a better and more comprehensive approach to estate planning.

My approach to estate planning is relational rather than transactional. I prioritize building trust and educating my clients about the various planning options available, as well as the importance of being proactive. With this knowledge, my clients are empowered to make informed decisions, prevent future conflicts, and protect their loved ones in a thoughtful, efficient, and cost-effective way.
