Kalenga Maweja is a Kentucky-licensed attorney dedicated to helping individuals protect their assets, plan for the future, and secure peace of mind for their families. Her practice focuses on estate planning, ensuring that hard-earned property is passed down according to her clients’ exact wishes while safeguarding their healthcare and financial choices in the event of incapacity.

 

​Kalenga earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Michigan State University before attending Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2018. She has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 2019.

 

​Beginning her career as a public defender in juvenile and family court, and later representing clients in personal injury defense, Kalenga developed a strong foundation in advocacy and risk management. In 2023, she expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed financial professional. Through providing financial literacy education across the community, she recognized a critical gap: many individuals lacked the foundational estate planning necessary to protect what they worked so hard to build. Today, she bridges law and financial guidance to deliver comprehensive, compassionate estate planning strategies.
