Meet Our Team

Dakota Panah is an attorney licensed in the state of Utah. He began practicing law in 2025 and has had experience working in the estate planning profession for several years. Dakota is passionate about helping families and individuals prepare for end-of-life circumstances and ensure a smooth transition for their loved ones after death. Dakota focuses on revocable living trusts, along with planning for business owners and individuals with special needs. 

Dakota attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree, where he studied human development. He attended J. Reuben Clark Law School for his law degree. In law school, he served as the vice president of the Law Student Wellbeing Club. 

When he’s not practicing law, Dakota is usually spending time with his two daughters, reading high fantasy, or playing board games with his wife Maddy. 

Retired from military service since 2020, he has been providing trusts, wills, business documents, and other services to clients in many parts of the country since 2021.
