Meet Our Team

Danielle Wagoner is a Processor and Webinar Presenter at InheritGuard, where she helps educate families about the importance of wills, trusts, probate, and designing Revocable Living Trusts. She is passionate about guiding people through the estate planning process and takes special pride in helping parents protect their children by ensuring guardianship provisions are included in their plans.

Before joining InheritGuard, Danielle spent much of her life supporting people through animal care, followed by a chapter in Sonoma County, CA, where she worked in the wine industry. Her journey into estate planning began when she connected with an attorney who recognized her natural ability to educate and support families. Today, Danielle is proud to help clients secure their assets and create lasting legacies for future generations.
