Jenelle Reynaga serves as the Operations Manager at InheritGuard, bringing over 12 years of customer service experience and a strong background in estate planning. With more than two years of hands-on experience in the industry, Jenelle oversees the day-to-day operations that keep InheritGuard running smoothly—from managing client communications and coordinating with attorneys to training staff and streamlining internal processes. Jenelle’s commitment to helping families plan for the future is deeply personal. After navigating the challenges of probate herself, she became passionate about making estate planning more accessible, understandable, and supportive for others. In her role, Jenelle ensures every client receives timely, compassionate, and professional service. She is instrumental in improving efficiency across departments, developing scalable systems, and upholding the high standards that InheritGuard is known for. Outside of work, Jenelle enjoys hiking, spending time with her puppies, and fueling her day with plenty of hazelnut coffee.
