Oscar primarily serves clients across Arkansas. His reputation for detail-oriented advocacy and client-focused service has also led him to be selected as the preferred attorney for the Mexican Consulate, where he provides trusted legal support to families in throughout the state. 
 
Before entering private practice, Oscar worked in the technology sector with companies such as Apple, Facebook, and Google. In those roles, he ensured compliance with legal requirements, supported law enforcement matters, and analyzed multilingual data across international contexts—experience that sharpened his precision, analytical skills, and commitment to solving complex problems. 
 
In addition to probate, Oscar also practices in family, civil, and criminal law. These experiences have shown him how stressful family dynamics, conflict, and death can be, and he approaches every case with the goal of easing those burdens while guiding clients toward resolution with professionalism and care.
